They partnered with Shockoe to deploy a sleek, modern digital user experience that immerses online visitors in “The Wonder of it All” that is Foxwoods Resort Casino and inspires them to engage both online and on property.
Foxwoods wanted to relaunch a website and mobile app experience that delivered a clean, media-rich user experience with modern technology in line with new brand standards — conveying the unique tone of each of their offerings, while also enhancing value through personalized experiences.

The introduction of Foxwoods Resort Casino’s elevated “Anything but Ordinary” brand identity necessitated a complete overhaul of its digital presence beyond cosmetic changes. A strategic partner was required to interpret this elevated guest experience into a unified, cohesive digital ecosystem. This project’s scope extended past building a new app and website; it demanded a fundamental conceptualization of the entire guest lifecycle—encompassing visit planning, on-property engagement, and sustained post-visit interaction.
