Brand Innovators
Event Attendee App

Every attendee, their own event.
The challenge
Brand Innovators hosts 400+ events for marketers and Fortune 500 brands. Attendees planned their days from the website and printed programs, and as events and crowds grew, staff spent more time on site answering the same questions.
The company wanted every attendee to build an event experience around their role, their interests and the time they had, and to spend that time on content and networking.
The build
A mobile app for iOS and Android that brings every Brand Innovators event into one place. Attendees browse events, sessions and speakers, and build their own schedule. An AI chat answers questions about the event they are viewing, from who is speaking to where the venue is. An in-app banner links attendees to Shockoe's Heritage Brand Survey, so the app also carries our own digital maturity check.
Shockoe used its AI-assisted development process to bring the app to market faster, and has kept extending it as events change.
The result
The app is designed to give each attendee a personal plan for every event and to take routine questions off the on-site team. Shockoe's AI-assisted process brought it to market 40% faster, and it supports 400+ events.
- 40%Reduction in time to market
- 400+Events supported
