The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is the world’s largest mixed martial arts organization, hosting live events nearly every two weeks in cities around the globe. With fighters, coaches, managers, and internal staff constantly traveling internationally, UFC faced growing operational complexity.
Managing visas, passports, medical documentation, and travel logistics for each fighter and their team—often across different countries and time zones—was both time-consuming and prone to friction. Once on site, fighters also needed to navigate tightly packed schedules filled with media appearances, weigh-ins, and promotional events.
UFC recognized the opportunity to modernize its internal processes to improve efficiency for staff and create a smoother pre-fight experience for fighters.
