Shockoe partnered with NVR to develop SchedulePro, a digital command center on the iPhone. This tool allows project and phase managers to direct every stage of construction with real-time data, ensuring the work pace never slows down and technical integrity is maintained on every lot.

Replacing fragmented data with visual management changed the way NVR moves its projects.
Rescheduling a critical phase is now as simple as moving a piece on the screen. Managers can immediately see how an adjustment on one lot affects the rest of the chain, allowing them to anticipate and avoid delays before they happen.
We created a note-taking system within every task. If there’s a question about progress, the conversation happens right inside the work order. This ensures vendors and supervisors are always on the same page, leading with the truth of the ground and reducing misunderstandings.
Consulting blueprints, generating PDF reports, or capturing photos with technical notes now takes seconds. We designed the tool to handle heavy files in the background, so staff never wait for a document to load while they are working.
