Scaled Observation and Data Management

For internal operations, Shockoe designed and developed the Work Observation System (WOBS) as a Progressive Web App, enabling seamless access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The platform includes offline functionality, Microsoft Active Directory authentication, role-based permissions, automated alerts, and a full administration portal. Observation data is automatically shared with Cognos Analytics for advanced reporting.

Seamless Adoption Across the Workforce

The platform supports 4,500+ users and counting, with role hierarchies that can be easily updated by team leaders—driving adoption without adding complexity.

Reliable, Insight-Driven Operations

Offline functionality, automated email notifications, and approval workflows ensure observations are captured and acted on in real time. Data is automatically shared with Cognos Analytics, enabling advanced analysis and informed decision-making.
