That promise was held back by a quality assurance process that ran on photos, scattered notes and project managers acting as the go-between for every party. Reports took longer than the inspection itself, and vendors had little reason to use the tools they were given. ### The build Clipboard, an enterprise QA app that works offline on iOS and Android. It began as a discovery and planning sprint that produced a product vision, a high-fidelity prototype and a roadmap, and grew into a long-running product partnership. Teams capture issues with photos and structured fields for location, category and subcategory, assign them to vendors with due dates, talk inside the issue, and review quality trends by product, vendor and project. ## The result NVR's teams work from structured data instead of photos and phone calls.
